- to distribute methodologies for environmental mitigation and wholistic principles for adaptation in changing climates and geographical regions, of the world irrespective of artificial borders and controls.
- to deploy across diverse communities, the relevant techniques for local practicable remediation, together with solutions and applications for resilience.
